In brief
Arthur proposed to become one of two technical leads for the Deeper Main net. He is very experienced with blockchain technology and has done large conference talks on blockchain security and Deepers infrastructure. He is also a developer for the NPoW/DEP program and is heavily involved within it.
We were given 3 hours to vote. It was very clear that Arthur should be involved with the Deeper Chain in such a way as to rectify faults and provide maintenance, given his expertise. I voted in favour, which as Prime Voter counted for 3 votes.
